Because each gift is custom-made just for you, we need time to create your perfect item:
- Standard Items: 3-5 business days to produce
- Complex Customizations: 5-7 business days to produce
Note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Your order begins processing once payment is confirmed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery confirmation once your package arrives
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
❓Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
- Lost Package: Contact us if your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
- Damaged in Transit: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout - we cannot redirect packages once shipped

🎄Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery:
- Valentine's Day: Order by January 25th (at least 20 days before)
- Mother's Day: Order by April 22nd (at least 20 days before)
- Christmas: Order by December 5th (at least 20 days before)
Please note that processing and shipping times may be extended during holiday seasons due to high order volumes.
