Our policy for personalized gifts

⚠️Important: No Returns on Customized Items

Because each gift at Gifts4Hearts is custom-made specifically for you with your personal details, photos, names, or messages, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items.

Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

Our Quality Guarantee

While we don't accept returns on personalized items, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The item has a production defect or quality issue
  • Damaged in Transit: Your item arrives damaged due to shipping
  • Wrong Item: You received an item different from what you ordered
  • Our Error: We made a mistake with your customization (spelling, wrong photo, etc.)

Note: Customer errors in customization (typos, incorrect photos uploaded, wrong size selected) are not eligible for return or refund.

📧How to Report an Issue

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Include clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error
  4. Keep the original packaging in case we need to inspect it

Our customer service team will review your case within 1-2 business days and provide a solution, which may include:

  • Free replacement item
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

👀Preview Your Order

To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Carefully review the product preview before checkout
  • Double-check all spelling, names, and dates
  • Verify uploaded photos are clear and high-quality
  • Confirm the correct size, color, and quantity
  • Review your shipping address for accuracy

💡 Tip: If you're unsure about anything, our design team can send you a proof before production. Just ask!

🚫Order Cancellations

We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:

Before Production Starts

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placing the order, before production begins.

After Production Starts

Once your item enters production, we cannot cancel or refund the order as it's already being custom-made for you.

To cancel an order, email us immediately at hello@gifts4hearts.com with your order number.
